Our Services
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Engineering Collective provides comprehensive design, efficient construction management, strategic consulting, effective project management, and innovation in developing cutting-edge engineering solutions for a sustainable future. The extent of TEC's services is determined by the boundaries of the projects we undertake.

1
Water Infrastructure
The Collective design and deliver resilient infrastructure solutions that span water, wastewater, stormwater and flood risk.
Serving a broad range of public sector clients, we take deliver value for money, develop fit for purpose infrastructure solutions that meet engineering standards, are safe and sustainable.

2
Project Management & Delivery
Collective’s Infrastructure Delivery team, skilled in major infrastructure projects, leverages diverse expertise to exceed client expectations. Committed to governance and gate reviews, we ensure quality oversight of civil, urban, three waters, road safety, and built form projects. We manage contracts, maintenance, and stakeholder engagement with innovative, integrity-driven solutions.

3
Civil Design
The Collective provides civil engineering design, design management, and design leadership. We lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate interfaces, and deliver technically robust, buildable, and sustainable solutions. Our senior engineers bring clarity, consistency, and strategic oversight—ensuring quality, integration, and value from concept through to detailed design and construction support.

4
Sustainable Urban Drainage
The Collective delivers water infrastructure solutions across sustainable urban drainage, permeable pavement, water supply, wastewater, and stormwater systems. We integrate resilience, regulatory compliance, and cultural values into practical designs. Our senior engineers optimise system performance while supporting sustainable growth, climate adaptation, and community outcomes across all phases of project development and delivery.

5
Governance & Leadership
The Collective’s senior engineers provide project governance and technical leadership through informed oversight, risk management, and strategic decision-making. We guide project teams, align technical direction with client objectives, and ensure quality, compliance, and value at every stage—bridging the gap between concept, delivery, and long-term performance across complex infrastructure projects.

6
Technical Innovation
The Collective drives civil design innovation through practical application and research-led thinking. Our members are at the forefront of sustainable drainage design, shaping new approaches that enhance resilience, ecology, and water quality. We embed innovative, evidence-based solutions into real-world projects—delivering smarter, more sustainable infrastructure for future-ready communities.

7
Geotechnical
The Collective delivers geotechnical and earthworks design services including site investigation, foundation design, slope stability, ground improvement, retaining structures, earthworks modelling, Sediment and erosion control, and temporary works. We prioritise constructability, environmental sustainability, and cost-efficiency. Our senior engineers provide robust, practical solutions tailored to site conditions, supporting safe, resilient project delivery from concept through to construction.
